Manufacturers are required to pay Part D sponsors for invoiced amounts by October 9, 2013 and to confirm payment to the Third Party Administrator (TPA) by October 16, 2013.
Part D sponsors are required to verify receipt of payment and send confirmation to the TPA by October 16, 2013.
